Your order will be shipped in 2 to 3 business days and will be send via US Postal Service.
Drop ship items may take longer and may be sent via other carriers.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your product in unused condition within 14 days for an exchange or store credit. Please obtain a Return Authorization number before returning your order. Email returns@fourpawsonthebeach.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Put the Return Authorization number on the outside of your package. Packages without the Return Authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned. The Shipping & Handling fee will not be refunded. There will be a Shipping & Handling fee to mail you a replacement item.
Please send your package insured. We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Items that are not in new condition or without orginal product packaging will not be accepted.

- We charge a flat rate fee of $7 for orders under $100 to be shipped to destinations within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states) via US Postal Service.
- Orders over $100 ship free! (to destinations within the continental United States (lower 48 states) via US Postal Service).
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost.
- Expedited shipping is available at extra cost.
- Heavy products and bulky items (such as beds) are excluded and are charged at actual shipping cost. Actual shipping cost will appear on check out page.
